Shipping Policy
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES SHOWN IN OUR STORE ARE FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY -
Orders are generally processed and shipped 2 -3 business days processing of order. (Monday - Friday) upon receipt of payment.
Tracking information will be provided within 24-48hrs. of shipment date to email provided at checkout.
Please allow once tracking information is received 5 - 14 business days for delivery of your item(s) due to transit time. We do not control the speed at which carriers deliver our merchandise.
All custom items require extra time to process. Allow a total of 14 -21 business days to arrive once order is placed. All customized orders are shipped via USPS (P.O.Box ok on personalized products)
The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer to you via UPS orFedEx Ground and require a PHYSICAL address to be delivered.
NO PO BOX or APO - Exception on PERSONALIZED orders all ship USPS ONLY
Return/Cancellation policy
Most merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty . Exchanges gladly offered if received damaged or wrong item.
A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
MUST contact On Time Processing for request to Exchange item if received damaged within 48 hrs. of receipt. No exceptions.
