Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days depending on which warehouse the item or items are shipped from, payment method used and payment confirmation (excluding Holidays and Weekends). Plus, orders placed during the Peak Holiday Season (November 20 to December 31) may take up to 7 days for processing.

Exchange/replacement always on any damaged/defective product - 100% of the time! If item is no longer available a refund will be given. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately within 48 hrs of receipt of order. We glady will exchange/replace any product received damaged with an approved RA (return authorization). We must be notified via email at [email protected] within 48 hrs.
